When I try to run todos with the 1.3-beta.11 release, after npm install done right :

C:\Dev\todos>meteor

=> Started proxy.
=> Started MongoDB.

toEnd: wrong arguments

=> Errors prevented startup:

For the second -- you need to npm install. We are working on getting a better error message here.
