There is one big problem with batch action, i.e. inability to apply action to items on other pages. Letting a user change amount of items per page is a somewhat handy workaround.This is so not obvious that it needs to be mentioned that no items shall be marked to apply a batch action to every item for a given filter. Nevertheless, I think it is handy to have adjustable pagesize.P.S. I'd suggest to go through other PRs first and I'll rebase this one.
