新增了 ClientPanelRender 组件，允许用户在 PanelAddon 中渲染当前的 Viz：

新增了 PanelVizFeatures Context，方便限制 Panel 的部分功能，目前可以控制以下内容：
a. Panel 的标题栏
b. Panel 中的 Addon
c. Panel 中的 Interaction
