This PR fixes the build without removing #include "nanosvg.h" from nanosvgrast.h

As I see it, nanosvg.h is a public dependency of nanosvgrast mainly because nsvgRasterize takes an NSVGimage * as the second argument.

If that nanosvg.h include is totally unwanted, the NSVGimage struct could be forward declared, and then the nanosvg.h include moved beyond the implementation part in nanosvgrast.h. I don't think it's a good idea though.
