Weird characters on DSi Title Manager on melonDS 1.0RC #2219

On melonDS 1.0RC the DSi Title Manager displays a row of weird characters after the title name and company name, like on the following image:

TitleManager: fix handling of title string

Truncate the title at the first occurrence of \0, as title strings
should be null-terminated.

Fixes melonDS-emu#2219 (Weird characters on DSi Title Manager on melonDS 1.0RC)
