I'd recommend to merge this PR with some basic dependencies updates, so we get rid of some dependabot PRs, and fix some important security issues.
It also adds
.nvmrcwhich will help to define a minimum NodeJS version on 20 (most of public projects are on NodeJS 20 right now)
