What type of PR is this?
What this PR does / why we need it:
Cleans up a relict from the frontend/backend days where the docker volume had to be passed to both containers. This is no longer necessairy as those containers have been combined.
Which issue(s) this PR fixes:

Special notes for your reviewer:
I am not 100% sure why the api.html document has become longer when i deleted an endpoint.
