What information was incorrect, unhelpful, or incomplete?

The compat data claims the persistent property is mandatory in Microsoft edge > v45.

What did you expect to see?

The persistent property is only mandatory in v14 =< Microsoft edge =< v44.

Did you test this? If so, how?

Loading an extension without the persistent property in the latest Microsoft edge. Assuming when Microsoft Edge switched to Chromium this requirement was dropped as it's never been required in Chromium.
