PyPi distribution broken

The PyPi tarball is missing the README.md, which the setup.py file attempts to read in.
Because the file is not included, it throws an exception, and doesn't install XML2Dict

Ah, i see, you released it with a new name: xml2dictnitrate - correct? so we could close this issue.

I maintenance XML2Dict package only. I'll fix the installation bug and
release soon.

@Mause @saily I just released the version 0.2.2, which fixed the pip installation error.
