Changes
changes 'item' to correct parameter 'order_item'
Purpose
The order form submit action does not work due to an issue with the react parameters.
Approach
There was a mismatched variable inside the function menuItemChosen(). It has been replaced with the correct variable and now changes state effectively.
Closes Shift3#14
