Computational Learning Theory (Penn CIS625)

These are notes from Prof. Michael Kearns' CIS625. This course was taught during the Fall of 2017 at the University of Pennsylvania. It provides algorithmic, complexity-theoretic and probabilistic foundations to modern machine learning and related topics. You can find out more at the course website.
