Kernel built on a Hyper-V VM on SQ2 chip, so no cross-compilation used.

You can download the stable-677-sq2 file, add it to a directory such as C:\LinuxKernels\stable-677-sq2 and configure it by editing / adding a .wslconfig file in your %UserProfile% directory:
