Add team_id (or similar) to the default dump

I used the yahoofantasy dump performances successfully but some of my intended analysis has been waylaid because I have two managers in my league with the same name.

When I sort the data on Manager to look at individual team's performances, it looks like I'm a team short and Bryan is working double time.

It would be awesome if the team_id was in the default payload to ensure unique teams can be identified.
