Failed to make_join via any server

i was invidet to 24 rooms ( @ MYNAME :tchncs.de )
and when i try accepting:

Failed to make_join via any server

i tried this from android. same errors.
i tried this from linux mint. same errors.

i have everywhere the newest app runnig

maybe related to:

• Cannot dismiss invitations by users with bad federation configuration element-hq/element-web#14093

• client gets stuck with invites even after they get rejected element-hq/element-web#3743

Connected with other errors:

Failed to reject invite
request failed: CORS request rejected: https://tchncs.de/_matrix/client/r0/rooms/!ncwqfeCzWGejNVdrJe%3Anetzgemeinde.eu/leave

apparently these are from netzgemeinde.eu which has been widely reported to be rejecting join requests.

to investigate further we'll need server logs from both sides.
