The same as #3716, but for scripts/check-swagger-sources.py.
Note that this script is currently failing to validate our sources before this change (#3718). However, reverting to a known good commit (d4c74d3) and using
yaml.safe_loadproduced no errors. Therefore I don't believe that this PR is blocked on matrix-org/matrix-spec#8.Preview: https://pr3719--matrix-org-previews.netlify.app
