Add "Copy Link" to room context menu

Added a copy menu item which copies a matrix.to link for the room to the clipboard. This is useful for quickly sharing a room's address without having to wade through other dialogs.

PR in draft pending finding an appropriate icon.

We could potentially call this something slightly different like "Copy Link" / URL etc.

We can have a follow up PR which automatically converts links of this format to a pill if the text is then pasted into Element chat.

I would have done that - as it's the least .. impactful? menu option, but I didn't really want to mess with the vibe of Leave Room's ominous red finality 🤔

Yeah, the destructive action is "behind" that separator intentionally, but i think that keeping the ordering of settings just above that would help with muscle memory 👍

Heyhey @novocaine— will rubber duck through this with @niquewoodhouse to find a good solution on the icon & copy. My top of line thoughts are:

• Concerned 'Copy' is ambiguous in this context
• Need to sanity check affordance and expectations from other platforms (Discord uses invite links well in these contextual interactions)
• Concern over feedback, if the context menu immediately dismisses it won't be obvious the action succeeded, so wondering if there's something simple we can do with changing state (e.g. Copy -> Copied) or some other feedback

Yep I think the reviewers settled on "Copy Link"

We could show a momentary toast that fades out, although copy to clipboard isn't really something you expect to fail

After some internal navel gazing we settled on:

1. Using 'Copy Link' for the copy
2. Using a link icon for the icon
3. In future, improving clicked/active button interactions all round with 100ms or so of active state

@novocaine one other request, can we keep Settings as the last in the list before the divider? It'll be the most discoverable when scanning and I believe is the most common action we want to optimise for. We can revisit this as we mature sharing interactions in future.

these should probably be room link as otherwise the error might be suggesting that you're copying the entire room to the clipboard, where an error would be way more expected.

the first 2 params here are just for Analytics (Matomo) that we don't really get any useful data out of so don't matter very much btw
