Hi,
We are on Piwik 2.2.2 and CustomAlerts 0.1.15. On clicking the "Alerts" link on the top, we get error message: "SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'piwik.piwik_alert' doesn't exist".
How do we get around this issue? Is it possible to add alert tables manually?

Did you install CustomAlerts from Marketplace, recently?

Could you maybe try to Deactivate + Uninstall this plugin, and try again to install it?

Hi Matthieu, We installed CustomAlerts with Piwik 2.2 upgrade recently.
Now, we deactivated, uninstalled and then reinstalled the plugin. On
activating the plugin, we get attached error screen.

This happened during our first installation also. We now manually added
"PluginsInstalled[] = CustomAlerts" to the config file and the plugin
activated successfully. However, on clicking the Alerts link, we get

The issue happens on both our test and production instances of Piwik
(running on Windows server 2008 R2)

Any updates friends?
Meanwhile, the screenshots attached to my previous comments are not
displayed. Attaching the error text below:

Error text on activating the plugin:
There was a problem installing the plugin CustomAlerts: SQLSTATE[42000]:
Syntax error or access violation: 1101 BLOB/TEXT column 'additional_emails'
can't have a default value If this plugin has already been installed, and
if you want to hide this message, you must add the following line under
the [PluginsInstalled] entry in you config/config.ini.php file:
PluginsInstalled[] = CustomAlerts

Error text on clicking the ALERT link:
SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 table
'piwik.piwik_alert' doesn't exist
