The new translation server doesn't seemt to have any "Did you forget your password ?." feature. Once you forget/lose/misplace a password, all you get is a normal Login screen over and over. |
otrance is now working great and it seems translators really like it! Password reset feature is coming in next release as well as few other minor improvements which we suggested to oTrance! go otrance & go Awesome Piwik translators community! |
In 645fddf: refs #3430 added a first version of a script for automatic translation updates. This script fetches a download package from OTrance, extracts it and uses the tests to clean up the files. If all tests passes a pull request is created for the translation updates using the github api and the branch translationupdates. |
This script will save a lot of time and headache and will definitely make translations teams very happy... Very awesome time saver! |

We've decided to make good use of oTrance, offers a ready to go and entirely web based translation platform to you and your translators.
This should help us better keep track of what translators are doing, which are modifying what, help limit spam, and in general make the process smoother and more reliable.
Also, we hope having such useful tool will make it easier for translators, therefore the translations will be updated more often.
This is a work in progress.
Big kuddos to Noah, for leading the internationalization process all these years, and now managing the migration to oTrance! :-)
