I find it tedious to create a new theme because everything must be present in the theme, even things you aren't using. This PR puts everything into default.yaml, and if your new theme doesn't specify some things, they get pulled from the default. I've included a BigClock theme which just shows date and time in a very large font which shows how simple a theme.yaml you need with this change.
