We do not want to create separate nested args.
Since these have been re-added during parsing, we now ignore them.

Adds support for matrices (using
[ ]) and piece-wise functions (using{}). For both, semi-colons are used to indicate column breaks.Further adds support for tokenization and MathML of underover elements (sum, product, integral).
