Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Since main site has a new style, update this web-site to the style of main site

Describe the solution you'd like
At least shall be:

  • added modern template
  • added favicon of mases
  • changed the footer to report info on MASES
  • no more use chocolatey, instead invoke: dotnet tool update -g docfx
  • review menu
