Unique randomly generated email address

The only safe way how to pair the response to request is according to the email address. The reason:

• the officers does not properly use "Reply", so the subject line is not preserved
• Even the text in body is not preserved, the answer can be provided in an attached document
• the Obligee can answer from a different address than the request was sent to
• the request can be transferred

Therefore each request has to have a unique email address. To ease the work, we shall generate a pronounceable email address in length of 4 or 5 characters.
