According to the docs, these logos should be preferably used in RGB variant on a white background.
The rule visually separates the content and the footer.

Changes:
Page https://www.chcemvediet.sk/sk/projekt-podporili/: Added new logos, disclaimer, and a subheading to separate the new logos from the previous ones. Deduplicated the 'nadácia pontis' logo.
Footer (all pages): Added new logos in the dominant position and changed the gray theme to white (preferably use the new logos in RGB with a white background). Added a horizontal rule to visually separate the main content and the footer.
