- Add support for building using Azure Pipelines.
- Update to .NET Core SDK 2.1.402.
- Update sample app to ASP.NET Core 2.1.4.
- Add NuGet config file.
Update to the latest .NET Core SDK.
Add configuration file for NuGet.
