Beta release for v2.0.0

Pre-release of the new structure of PanelComponents.

Includes a circular buffer template!

Projects before April, 2017 will not be compatible, but the changes simplify future projects. Legacy project will need v1.0.1.

Plus debug code

This is basically v1.0.1 with print statements. There is a function dumpObject(DataObject *) that can be used for future debugging, and is first introduced/used here.
