This PR will upgrade node (to the latest LTS version v8.11.3) and dependent packages to latest (by using
yarn upgrade-interactive -latest).It includes the update of
markdown-it, but it has not any affected changes to Marpit.We are going to publish new version as soon as if have confirmed the result of CI.
We have implemented Marpit's key features, so the next release
v0.0.9would become the last pre-release.
