Upgraded to PostCSS 8 and modified existed internal PostCSS plugins to support new plugin interface.
I've created a glue code generator for existed internal PostCSS plugins in
helpers/postcss_plugin.js, to make smooth transition. PostCSS 8 has a single CSS tree scan by brand-new API but currently we are not working migration, to prevent any breaking (Just useOnce).Closes #260.
