As same as Marp React, I could not take a time for working on Marp Vue. So now we have too many outdated packages. This PR will upgrade Node LTS v10.16.3 and dependent packages to the latest version.
Notable changes
@typescript-eslinthas major upgrade v2. It outputs warnings to TS/JS in the out of TypeScript project directory. So we enableparserOptions.projectonly insrcfolder.
