Ran tests with MLCP, Corb2, RecordLoader, and XQSync. All of them seemed to work just fine with these new jars.

Looks like the latest XCC JAR is 8.0.6.3 . Any reason not to use that one?

MLCP 9.0-1 comes with an XCC 9.0-1, that is the one includes, and should work against all older versions of ML too..

The diff doesn't show very well, but the 8.0-5 xcc jar is being deleted here.. :)
