This should also change
unzip -p "${rcloneTemp}" rclone-v1.64.0-linux-arm-v7/rclone > ${RCLONE}
to
unzip -p "${rcloneTemp}" rclone-v1.66.0-linux-arm-v7/rclone > ${RCLONE}

Better yet, to put the rclone version in a shell variable. DRY.
