Query for monthly recurring expense checklist

• Include monthly & single
• We should use even deleted templates when querying for checklist data
  • We might need a deletion date
• Compute which expenses were already filed by checking category+description(+amount)
  • Amount may change over time and I would prefer to exclude it
  • Description might be checked with "starts with"

• Use templates with creation and deletion date between asked date
• One time expenses should be visible only when expected/paid in the selected month
