Expense create dialog as wizard on mobile

• Each "input" as a separate view in single modal.
• At the top list of steps as icons, those with value already provided in color, others as gray scale.
• At the bottom, buttons
  • Back (when there is a previous step)
  • Next (when there is a next step)
  • Complete (when everything is already filled)
• Start with templates (Create and delete expense template #417).

• Focus on open
• Sticky top icons/steps?
• Make flags less intrusive?
• Check pre-requisities
• Switch between old and new dialog
• Duplicate is still opening the old dialog
• After template apply, focus empty field or nothing
