There have been reports for oneways wrong rendering on Nvidia Tegra 3.
Note: oneways are currently rendered as line svg textures.

This is the same error with iOS.
You can fix it with force POT TexturRegion.

You mean #325, the wrong rendering is similar, though the LineTexActivity worked fine.

Using POT textures indeed activates the oneways rendering.
Though it's not correct, only the oneway arrow head appears.
So more work is needed, probably with the theme line stipple values.

With line symbols #124 available, this can be considered fixed too.
