After two pre-releases with nothing indicating the introduction of a bug, and some added camera options a 2.4.0 feature release seems appropriate even though #1514 is still underway to improve the camera movement.

🐞 Bug fixes

• Fix query tests on windows (In query tests, fixing up the glob sync path so it works on Windows #1506)
• Fix attribution not being displayed for terrain (allow usedForTerrain to show attribution #1516)
• No triggering of contextmenu after rotate, pitch, etc. also on Windows (Fix contextmenu on windows: do not trigger after rotate or pitch. #1537)

Can you remove the links from the issues/PRs in the changelog?

I have done that - links now won't work in the changelog.md directly, but it's still active on github release page, and in the slack integration.

I noticed the camera options got merged, so I converted this to a feature release because it's adding to the api. Do you second that?
