BREAKING CHANGE: the cli that was previously installed along with togeojson has been removed, and will be installable as @tmcw/togeojson-cli Other changes in this pass: - Switch from microbundle to rollup to build - Remove dependencies - Remove reliance on XMLSerializer. This will make togeojson work in worker contexts.

This is a Google Earth ad-hoc addition to the KML spec. Adds a best-effort implementation to support Style elements in CascadingStyle.
BREAKING CHANGE This rewrites much of the core of toGeoJSON to modernize and update it, as well as adding support for KML folder structures.
