When converting from view coordinates to screen coordinates, use the screen containing the window, which may not be the screen with keyboard focus (if ⌃ is also held down).
This fixes an issue where the mouse cursor jumped after shift- or option-dragging a map view if the window opened on a screen with a different size than the screen with keyboard focus.
