transparency of .Diplomacy-Ask tooltip in the _#OutpostConsumable_ windows

I am writing to you because I encounter a problem with the FOE Helper extension.

Tooltip in the #OutpostConsumable windows, with the CSS class .Diplomacy-Ask, is not displayed properly.
It appears in transparency and in the second plan.

Here a screenshot to illustrate the problem :

Here is my configuration:

• browser: Chrome/132.0.0.0
• FOE HELPER: Version 3.10.1.0

To reproduce the problem, just open the #outpostconsumable windows and to fly over the elements concerned.

This bug makes the use of the extension less practical.

I hope you can solve this problem quickly.
