The old Borgmatic tutorial suggested to write the Borg passphrase in the Docker compose file and to use credentials in the config file directly. Those files are readable by anyone by default and there was no mention of
chmod 600them.I changed the tutorial using Docker env vars and Borgmatic env var interpolation, so we can use
mailcow.confas a single entrypoint for credentials.
