I don't think having a browser window open will cause that problem, but loading/refreshing the status checks page could. You might also get unlucky and start the upgrade command while the system is updating package information or applying security fixes in the background. |

This particular problem occurred exactly as you describe - I had the status page open at the time of running the update on the server. I haven't tried to replicate it since I don't have a test harness to develop against. |

Revised the maintenance instructions to account for a user being logged into the front-end of their MIAB instance and forcing an error during the update.
