Fix Phantom deeplinks signature with multiple accounts
Problem
Phantom signature with deeplinks was overriding previous signature on the transaction
Solution
The phantom signature store existing signature before launching the deep link and re-add them after signature
Other changes (e.g. bug fixes, small refactors)
