Integrate GitHub within the GNOME Desktop Environment.

Features

Regular notification check on a configurable interval, with current count displayed on the GNOME Shell top bar.
Multiple ways to receive desktop notification:
- Digest mode: one notification when the GitHub notification count changes
- Single mode: a notification for each GitHub notitification
- No notification: only the count will be updated
