Version 1.2.0

This release adds the ability to lock the controls of the player so they do not fade out if the mouse is held still. It also moves the title of the feed to the top of the page and into the video player to add a little bit of extra space for the video itself. Finally, the title styling when a driver cam is selected has been updated to be less messy.
