Stable version with new features.

• Fixed the search problem, they changed the search query forcing to put the vendor, we had to fix the tool for this new functionality.
• To have the vendor listing close by, we have created new functionality to search for it with the tool (check the tool's help menu).
• It is now possible to extract the information to CSV, JSON or XML files (in addition to HTML, of course).
• In addition, we have also included the ability to display the information by console.
• Added a language parameter for the CVE date format (American format by default).
• And other bugs found in the Beta version (Thanks to all of you for your comments and improvements).
