Using gopkg.in path is actually undesirable - the canonical path is the github one. Otherwise, we'll be forever stuck at v2.0.0. Any other projects failing due to a dependency issue should just use replace directives for v2.0.0, as v2.0.1 is the first go.mod release. Example of a workaround: uber-go/atomic#60
