Preview fixes for Windows 10

The fixes here are not yet merged upstream:

• Fix unreadable text from improper detection of current foreground color
• Always use conhost VT support on Windows 10.

If trying delta, I recommend replacing less.exe where git is installed, e.g. in replacing C:\Program Files\Git\usr\bin\less.exe with the binary attached in this release.
