perf(icons): optimize icons, scripts, merge declarations #4265

fix optimize script (was broken because CJS) & optimize missing icons
simplify generation scripts
- move source files from lib to src
- simplify generation script
inline icons in their files (icons.tsx, pictograms.tsx), which:
- decreases overall bundle size
- improves dev & test speed
