Add optional support for sending telemetry, including traces and performance information, to Sentry. Update the Gafaelfawr secrets documentation to point to the current Phalanx secrets management documentation and mark the secrets that are autogenerated by Phalanx tooling.
Capture LDAP and Firestore lookups and the token cache service entry points for Sentry tracing. Stop guarding the import of sentry_sdk, since we're importing it in multiple places now.
