Small update to consolidate configuration.

  • Moved VertecExpression configuration to the ProjectFilter processor from the "global" Toggl configuration. It just makes way more sense there.

Note: Configuration changed slightly, so you may want to pull your default configuration again after updating to v2.1.0 with t2v config ConfirURL
