So the English feels more natural.
Only addresses can be "aligned", so omit the "address" part for even succinct and consistent naming. (E.g. "PCALAU12I" can be paraphrased as "PC *aligned* add U12I" with the same "al" meaning as here.)

Chinese name for ALE is "地址非对齐例外" which doesn't contain the word
"error" ("错"), while that of BCE ("边界约束检查错例外") does. So,
remove the word "error" from description of ALE, and add it to BCE.
- "for" -> "on" to signify the exception's timing - consistent translation for WPEF/WPEM
