Describe the bug
When doing a global observe (such as running a test autogame), you can see the Research View on the top bar. During global observe you can't see the tech tree.

Also with the NightStalker theme, the white background is a bit glaring. Classic and System themes are fine.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run Autogame
  2. Open client
  3. globally observe
  4. See error

Expected behavior
Should not be seen, same as with economy view and tax rates that is not shown.
